Preparation

Melt the coconut oil in a pan and spread the oats on a baking tray. Then roughly chop the cashew nuts and add to the oats. Then add the coconut chips, pumpkin seeds, coconut oil and maple syrup to the baking tray and mix everything well. Bake the granola in a fan oven at 170 degrees for about 10 minutes, stirring several times. Make sure that the granola does not get too dark.

For a summery breakfast, serve the granola with natural yoghurt, dried pineapple chunks, mango and strawberries.
